I need the page that states the income for student finance and they didn’t even send my mum that part, they just said she doesn’t have to pay nothing because she doesn’t earn enough to pay tax. Please help.

Can I get a copy of the self assessment tax return for the previous year?

Is your mum self-employed? If not, if she doesn’t earn enough to pay tax there won’t be a self assessment tax return – in fact there is unlikely to be a self assessment tax return even if she DOES earn enough to pay tax – unless she is self-employed. Ask Student Finance to explain more clearly what they want. They don’t bite – they’re very helpful.
