What is the tax filing deadline for individuals and for individuals filing with an accountant for 2009-10 in Australia? I looked all over the ATO website, but oddly enough can’t find this.

31st of October for individuals without a tax agent & Mid May 2011 for individuals with an accountant

31st of October is the deadline for personal/individual tax returns. You can submit via etax or using a tax pack until this time. There have been some delays this year but i believe the ATO are now back on track.
