There is nothing special about this book that makes it worth so much more than other similar books that cost a lot less. Most of it is dumb common sense and is freely available online from the IRS website. Your first money saving tip, find another book. It really is a rip off for what you get. This book is very shallow and very vague. Where’s the beef? The quality is not much better than a glued magazine. Go to the library.

This book was ok, however, I was hoping more detail and less basic information. It provides good info for a new real estate player, but seasoned players who want more information on what and how can do better by contacting their CPA. I was hoping to get more and in the end I found -0- ideas that I was not aware off. Rename the book-real estate tax relief for newbies! Seasoned players do not BUY!
